ArrowheadX AI, a DBA of Amador Digital Management LLC, runs AI chat assistants for businesses on Facebook Messenger, Instagram and websites. If you messaged one of those businesses, you can ask us to delete your conversation data at any time.
What we delete
Your messages, photos and attachments, and the replies sent to you
Your Facebook or Instagram ID for that business's page, and your name
Include the name of the business or page you messaged, your Facebook or Instagram name, and roughly when you messaged.
We may reply to confirm the request came from you before deleting anything.
What happens next
We confirm we received your request within 5 business days.
We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Messages already in the business's own Facebook or Instagram inbox are controlled by that business and by Meta. To remove those, contact the business, or delete the conversation in your own Messenger or Instagram app.
Automatic deletion. Even without a request, conversations are deleted 12 months after the last message.
